We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on operational excellence within multiple clinics, providing key guidance and coaching to subordinate managers and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations management, supervision of assigned practice(s), and maintenance of regulatory compliance. They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient practice operations.
Key responsibilities include managing departmental expenses, monitoring revenue cycle operations, volume and revenue generation, and participating in annual operating and capital budgeting. Additionally, the Practice Administrator will participate in provider and employee recruitment and onboarding, demonstrating service excellence and professionalism at all times.
