Job Title: Surgical Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant to join our team at West Henderson Hospital. The successful candidate will assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions to ensure safe and optimal results for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons with surgical procedures
- Attend to patients' direct care needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Maintain a professional attitude and prioritize patient dignity, privacy, and safety
Requirements:
- Technical School or 2 Years College/Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology or program board eligible for SFA certification
- Three to five (3-5) years surgical tech experience required; five to eight (5-8) years preferred
- Current CSFA Certification (through NBSTSA), CSA (through NSAA), or SA-C certification (through ABSA) required

Location:
West Henderson Hospital, expected to open in late 2024, located near the Las Vegas Raiders' headquarters.
Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
