Bookkeeper Accounting Position at the Essex Steam Train. Overseeing the day to day accounting that includes :

Requirements :

Familiar with GAP

Some type of training and / or degree in accounting or business administration

Comfortable with technology : PC's, spreadsheets, iPhone, FTP, document scanning,

Familiarity with applications such as QuickBooks desktop, including importing data and reports

Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Google sheets

Familiarity with credit card terminals, applications, tablets, iPads, etc.

Familiarity with credit card gateways and credit card processors

Typing and ten key

Daily backups on site and off site of integral accounting data

Produce bi-weekly payroll including payment of gratuities

Monthly and quarterly payments (Sales Tax, Payroll, etc.)

EOY W-2 and 1099 Reporting
