The Valley School- New Market is looking for a School Age Teacher to join our dynamic energetic team. We are a licensed child care center looking for a creative, dependable and nurturing teacher for our school age program.
- Must have the 90hr School Age certification or be willing to complete the course prior to your first day of employment or equivalent of college coursework.
- Experienced Bus Driver (14 passenger) is a PLUS
- Planning and implementing after school activities
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level.
- Must be a positive team player
- Responsible for meeting the individual needs of all children
- Smooth proven record of positive classroom management skills
- Must Maintain an organized and clean learning environment
- Positive interactions and communication with children and families
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Highly competitive pay based on education and experience.
