Serve as liaison for patients as they enter our buildings. Primary function is providing customer service in the form of wayfinding, patient check-in, collecting co-pays and account balances, and other medical office support duties in a courteous and efficient manner.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15pm to 11:15pm. Must be able to work a regular M-F 8am to 5pm schedule for training up to three weeks.
Hiring range: $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr depending on experience. Evening differential of $3.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide clear and supportive direction to patients regarding the various department locations within the clinic.
- Acknowledge and promptly check-in patients in a warm, professional manner.
- Verify, update, and enter all patient information; demographics, insurance, and guarantor information.
- Obtain any required documents for visit.
- Collect payments and payment on balance.
- Communicate patient arrival to clinical staff promptly.
- Process messages promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
Education and Experience
- Customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Must have experience with processing payments, and strong computer and keyboarding skills.

Pay Range:
$16.89 - $23.65

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
