Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyers Agent/Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and wants to grow in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will support our lead agents with administrative tasks while also working directly with buyers to help them find their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities: Buyer’s Agent Duties:
- Assist buyers throughout the home-buying process, from initial consultation to closing
- Show properties to prospective buyers and provide expert advice
- Schedule and conduct property tours, open houses, and client meetings
- Educate clients on market conditions, mortgage options, and the home-buying process
- Prepare and submit offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with listing agents
- Maintain communication with clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure a smooth transaction
- Lease rentals in our management portfolio (earn bonus with each one)
Real Estate Assistant Duties:
- Manage CRM, client databases, and follow-up systems to track leads and transactions
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, listing promotions, and online advertisements
- Organize and maintain files, contracts, and compliance documents
- Provide support during inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and staging professionals for property listings
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, bookkeeping or administrative support preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate CRM software
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Experience with graphic design software (canva)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Bookkeeping experience a plus
- Property mgmt experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
