Core Responsibilities 1. Broadens relationships with existing Ultra High Net Worth clients. Supports strategy planning for a book of business. Tracks growth opportunities, contributes to business planning activities, and supports client account retention. 2. Manages a book of over 300 UHNW client groups with qualifying household assets between $5 and $25 million. 3. Evaluates client needs using Professional Selling Skills model through client consultations. Discovers additional asset consolidation opportunities and positions appropriate solutions to fit client needs. 4. Uses strong relationship management skills and knowledge of client needs to help clients develop financial goals through phone and in-person interactions. 5. Resolves client inquiries related to products or services. Solutions may not be readily available and may require additional research or problem solving. 6. Facilitates the creation of solutions across internal teams to address client inquiries and improve the client's overall experience with Vanguard's services. 7. Uses technical knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services to proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the client relationship. 8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years experience in Relationship Management preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred. Please note: This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration. An active Series 7 is required to be considered for this role. A Series 66 license will also be required for this role. Crew members do not have to currently hold this license in order to be considered, but must have the ability to obtain it within department guidelines if selected. If you are offered and accept this position, and you do not have the necessary FINRA licenses for the role, then you must obtain the required licenses within the specified period of time. Additionally, if you are not currently registered with FINRA in any capacity, prior to moving into this licensed role, you will be asked to provide authorization for Vanguard to conduct a credit and criminal check in accordance with the FINRA regulations. Please note, the credit and criminal check requirement does not apply to crew who are currently registered with FINRA.
