Cloud Security Engineer (The Vanguard Group, Inc. / Malvern, PA) - Work on design and implementation of future state technology replacing current solutions for Authentication (Authn) and Authorization (Authz) methods as well as passwordless authentication, QR Codes, biometrics, and risk-based omni-channel for all Multi-Factor Authentication capabilities; support IT and threat intel business partners through design and implementation of new solutions for meeting business needs; design front-end and back-end solutions for test-driven development; build modernized applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud; utilize agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban or other Lean principles; evaluate system performance and capacity in a large, distributed infrastructure environment. Requires Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other closely related IT field and two years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Senior Software Developer and / or I.T. Analyst; or Bachelor's and five years of experience. Background in education, training or experience must include development environment and languages (AngularJS, Java, Spring Boot, Web Services); JavaScript, Splunk, PL / SQL, AWS, Git and CI / CD (Bamboo). Position can be performed remotely from any location in the U.S.
