Yes! The Vault CoffeeHouse LLC is coming to Ocean Springs!!
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Barista that can be trained up for a key holding position!
The ideal candidate is not afraid of hustle and bustle and not afraid to be left alone!
The ideal candidate will be trained to take on key holder responsibilities, and will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Owners in daily operations, ensuring excellente "overly enthusiastic" customer service, and is not afraid to create and develop great working relationships with customers, co-works and neighboring businesses!
This position requires a strong outgoing personality (with the no attitudes and Check yourself at the door mentality), strong leadership skills, and a keen understanding of the coffeehouse vibe.
The ideal candidate, once trained, will be responsible for training and developing and leading staff to create a high-performing team.

Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize communication tools to manage stock levels, and forecast inventory needs.
• Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system operations, ensuring accurate transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase store visibility within the market.
• Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while being able to adjust and manage down to maintain appropriate labor expectations.
• Lead by example in selling techniques to drive sales performance and achieve store goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous Barista experience and or in a supervisory role within a cafe style environment.
• Strong understanding of health code policies, and temperature taking.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Proven ability in team camaraderie , training, development, and motivating staff to achieve targets.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A "must have" passion for the coffeehouse scene, desire to learn and understand coffee, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: From $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
