We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Metrc management, Cannabis Production and State Compliance. This role requires effective supervision of maintenance staff and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, inventory and tracking.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance facility performance.
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized services or projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and project progress.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in facilities management.

- 2 years METRC Experience
