Dispensary Agent
The Dispensary Agent is responsible for supporting the Dispensary Manager with the day-to-day operations of a dispensary facility in accordance with all applicable regulations.
Policies, Procedures & Daily Operations
- Policy and Procedure implementation, including adherence to CCC regulations
- Daily cash and product reconciliation
- Product information updates and education
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Work closely with DM/AM/Leads on all dispensary operations
- Complete daily 1-minute meeting with team members.
- Ensure the best possible consumer service is provided
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
- Follow Responsible Vendor Program.

Qualifications and Education
- Must be 21 years old.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of high-volume supervisory retail experience;
- Proficient in Excel, POS and inventory management.
- Knowledge preferred in METRC, LeafLogix, other cannabis systems
- A proven ability to fairly and consistently provide leadership to a varied team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including CORI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment;
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in retail, hospitality or consumer services, preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Having good organizational and decision-making skills.
- Be analytical, detail oriented and proactive.
- English, Spanish speaking
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts;
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays;
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time;
- Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
- General office environment;
- Extended computer usage;
- Extended phone usage including teleconferences, and
- Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.
