Your Role as a Clinical Medical Assistant
- Prepare for a dynamic and rewarding position that combines clinical expertise, patient care, and organizational excellence. As an essential member of our clinical team, you will contribute to a smooth, efficient, and compassionate care experience for every patient. Here's what your responsibilities will include:
- Clinic Flow Management – Review daily patient schedules and assist in maintaining a seamless clinical workflow throughout the day.
- Patient Reception and Preparation – Escort patients to examination and procedure rooms, obtain vital signs, and ensure the room is properly prepared for the provider.
- Clinical Support – Assist providers with medical procedures, screenings, and examinations. Handle sterile equipment and retrieve necessary tools and medications efficiently.
- Accurate Documentation – Record patient interactions, update charts, and communicate provider instructions with clarity and precision.
- Communication and Coordination – Answer telephone inquiries professionally and promptly. Manage patient communications, medical records, forms, and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborative Care – Partner with providers to support patient care plans, schedule procedures, and coordinate diagnostic testing and follow-ups.
- Sterile Field Maintenance – Ensure a clean, sterile environment during all procedures, including instrument readiness and space preparation.
- Inventory Oversight – Monitor and replenish clinical supplies to support uninterrupted patient care.
- Post-Procedure Support – Provide thoughtful, attentive post-operative care, ensuring patients leave feeling confident, supported, and well-informed.

EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited vocational institution, or community college course in Medial Assisting.
- Current documentation of a National Certification for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant preferred (CMA).
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of clinical experience is preferred, but a less qualified candidate may be considered.
Job Type:
- Full Time – 40 Hours a week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday- 8-430 pm
Pay:
- $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
