As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. Your creativity and organizational skills will be crucial in planning and executing memorable events.
Duties
- Plan and organize various types of events such as weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and parties
- Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure services within budget
- Market events to attract attendees and ensure a successful turnout
- Provide excellent guest services during events to ensure a positive experience for all attendees
- Upsell additional services to enhance the event experience
