We are looking for a responsible Accountant/Auditor to perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Prepare monthly financial reports for clients
- Post payroll transactions
- Generate monthly sales tax reports
- Adjust financial statements
- Assist with audits of local government agencies
Skills
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus, but not required
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
