Job Summary
The Supply Chain Director will be part of a medical device organization that is expecting to scale operations heavily in 2025. This is a leadership role that will be responsible for Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehouse business units. It involves collaborating with various departments to ensure a streamlined supply chain process. This role will report directly to the COO and be part of the internal leadership team.
Duties
-Helping grow individual departments and streamlining what is currently in place. This role may evolve to also oversee Logistics
-Implement process improvement strategies regarding raw materials, return goods, post processing, etc. to ensure efficiency
-The leader will also interact and communicate with the commercial side of the business on both a tactical and strategic planning level
-Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to optimize inventory control
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and terms
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency in the supply chain process

Skills
- Proficiency in electronic supply chain management tools
- Experience with analytics tools for data analysis
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Ability to fabricate solutions for complex supply chain challenges
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles for process improvement

Pay: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
