The Vermont Country Store is currently seeking an Image Editor to support the production of in-studio and on-location produced assets. Image Editor will join our Advertising department and report directly to Lead Image Editor to assist in the creation of The Vermont Country Store’s historic catalog.
Candidates who are residents of VT are eligible to enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, working onsite from our office in Manchester Center, Vermont, three days per week, and at home. All candidates must be within a commutable distance to, and available to work from, our office in Manchester Center.

Are you:
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Bridge
- Deadline-oriented with exceptional task management skills.
- Eager to tackle new challenges with creativity.
- Familiarity with best practices in file management.
- Some experience with Adobe Acrobat, MS Office suite, Smartsheet (or Excel), and CaptureOne is a helpful plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-destructive retouching of images, including skin retouching, blemish removal, stray hair removal, background repair, and general spotting.
- Adjust levels and colors to ensure consistency with brand styling and product accuracy.
- Organize and maintain digital assets by managing metadata and workflows, while adhering to existing taxonomy within the DAM system.
- Collaborate with Image Editing team to achieve project goals and meet deadlines for print catalog and web
