Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers: Welcoming guests when they arrive at the restaurant
- Taking orders: Recording food and drink orders from customers
- Delivering food and drinks: Bringing orders to customers' tables
- Providing customer service: Answering questions, making recommendations, and taking feedback
- Cleaning: Keeping tables clean and preparing them for future customers
- Cash handling: Handling cash and credit card transactions, and balancing cash drawers
- Closing tables: Closing out tables and cashing them out
