The Position
The Vermont Country Store is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Technology and Business Solutions Team. This role successfully plans and manages information technology projects for The Vermont Country Store to ensure that project goals including scope, schedule, and budget are met.

A Sampling of What You’ll Do
- Plan and organize complex cross-departmental technical projects with attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively to identify and document the requirements of multiple stakeholders.
- Systematically identify solution providers that can meet the needs of VCS.
- Help the team make data-driven decisions to solve difficult problems.
- Develop relationships with vendors and stakeholders to drive results.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to optimize solutions through a combination of technical and business process problem solving.
- Leverage change management techniques to help ensure adoption of new solutions.
- Lead projects for a variety of business applications throughout the company including warehouse systems, customer service systems, product lifecycle management, inventory management, retail, merchandising, and financial systems.

- Strong presentation, listening, verbal, and written skills.
- 3-5 years of project management experience
