Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and appointment schedules.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles; experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to assist diverse clientele.
