What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage daily mobile schedules, ensuring efficient home visits
- Use our software for thorough record-keeping and case management
- Prepare and pack medical kits and supplies for seamless, well-equipped visits
- Handle and coordinate diagnostic samples for timely and accurate processing
- Provide hands-on support to veterinarians, offering compassionate care to pets and a positive experience for their families
- You have 3 years of experience in the veterinary field and are confident in supporting veterinarians in home-care settings
- Knowledgeable about flea, tick, and heartworm products, vaccine protocols, and other veterinary pharmaceuticals
- Skilled in fear-free handling techniques, with a focus on creating a stress-free environment for pets
- A natural communicator, you enjoy educating clients and working as part of a close-knit team
- Reliable, punctual, and positive, with a commitment to client and pet satisfaction
- You have a valid driver's license in good standing, and can lift and carry pets up to 50 lbs
