The Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketer to lead multi-channel media buying, collaborate with product & engineering on AI automation, and optimize ad performance across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping the AI-driven approach and driving results for clients.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid media campaigns, maximizing efficiency and ROAS
- Work closely with product & engineering to refine AI ad automation
- Analyze ad performance to uncover actionable insights
- Act as the bridge between clients and AI-powered ad solutions
Requirements
- 10 years in performance marketing, paid social, and media planning (DTC or B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience managing six-figure ad budgets across multiple platforms
- Data-driven mindset—proficient in Ads Manager, Excel, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to build and lead a team over time
