You’ll be part of a dynamic in-house agency of 40 talented professionals, collaborating with designers, a production studio, and a large marketing department in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Develop and publish creative content, maintain a social media calendar, and draft engaging copy.
- Handle community management, engaging with audiences and fostering connections.
- Ideate and create content to elevate social strategy, increase brand awareness, and meet organizational goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and report insights to optimize strategies and inform stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and growth teams to ensure alignment.
- Support paid social efforts on platforms like Meta and TikTok, focusing on scholar and talent acquisition.
