Senior Social Media Associate
Location: NYC (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
Join the largest, fastest-growing network of public charter schools as a Senior Social Media Associate, contributing to their mission at a pivotal moment of expansion. You’ll be part of a dynamic in-house agency of 40 talented professionals, collaborating with designers, a production studio, and a large marketing department in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Develop and publish creative content, maintain a social media calendar, and draft engaging copy.
- Handle community management, engaging with audiences and fostering connections.
- Ideate and create content to elevate social strategy, increase brand awareness, and meet organizational goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and report insights to optimize strategies and inform stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and growth teams to ensure alignment.
- Support paid social efforts on platforms like Meta and TikTok, focusing on scholar and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media; at least 1 year of paid media experience.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Manager), and analytics.
- Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, staying current on social trends and platforms.
