The Victor School is a Massachusetts Approved Private Special Education Day School Program serving students between 6th - 12th grades. Located in Acton MA, the school serves students with average to superior cognitive abilities with social emotional disabilities. Our student’s learning is often complicated by social, emotional, or specific learning challenges.
The Victor School is fully approved by DESE. The Victor School team works closely and collaboratively with families, students, and school systems to provide each student with challenging, college preparatory academics in a safe, nurturing environment. Our school serves students between 6th - 12th grades within a 12 month school year operating from July - June.

Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in related content area.
Candidates with a Massachusetts DESE Certification in English or Special Education are preferred.
Special Education or Mental Health setting experience strongly preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills and be able to interact with students, families, and collaterals in a positive manner.
Flexible, creative, have a collaborative attitude, possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
Experience with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Surveys, and classroom) and the Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, and PDF) are preferred.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
