- We are looking for an Administrator to lead our team in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a CBRF, and excellent communication skills.
- Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee and Manage all operational programs in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations as well as Company's policies and procedures.
- Leads in preparing, controlling and meeting or exceeding net operating and capital budget.
- Responsible for achieving revenue and census goals through direct implementation of the marketing plan.
- Provides direct supervision of all departments to ensure that all established policies and procedures are followed.
- Treats all individuals during the workday with courtesy and respect.
- Conducts retention activities to ensure adequate levels of engaged team members
- Complies with all federal and state laws, including state Resident Rights law.
- Complies with all Community policies and procedures.
- Communicates with residents in a kind, respectful, and gentle manner
- Effectively casts vision, aligns, and motivates our Mission, Value, and Principles to the management team and front-line team members.
- Responsible to coach and counsel team members as needed to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Maintains open and continual communication with residents and family members.
- Ensures that team members provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Attends in-services and/or seminars to keep current with regulatory requirements and state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care practices.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in senior living environment
- Knowledge of CBRF Regulations: DSH 83
- Excellent communication skill
- Computer knowledge: Data base management, e-mail, Word, Excel, Outlook/iCal, and web-based programs
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
- Must meet all requirements of WI CBRF regulations
- Completion of DHS 83 Administrator Course preferred

Pay: $67,863.00 - $71,124.00 per year
