We are looking for a Staff Scheduler to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and scheduling of employees. A staff scheduler must be an excellent communicator, and be able to foster great relationships with team members. The goal is to ensure that the communities staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
**Must be willing to work a significant amount of overtime, be on call, have a flexible schedule and work open caregiver shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for caregiving duties.
- Monitor patient needs and adjust schedules accordingly to provide optimal care.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and families regarding patient care.
- Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Uphold safety and first aid protocols while providing compassionate support to residents.
