We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Whether in a fine dining setting or a lively bar & grill, your ability to connect with customers and provide attentive service will be key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while checking on guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and cash registers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers effectively.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.

- Previous experience in kitchen operations is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order management is preferred but can be trained on the job.
