Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements
- Restock stations before/after service
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills Needed:
- Proven working experience as a bartender 3-5 years
- Ability to keep track of guest orders
- Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- This position will require a Maricopa Count Food Handler Card
- This position will require an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification
