Join Our Team as a Logistics Team Coordinator
Are you ready to handle materials with precision and care? As a Logistics Team Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Carefully selecting and readying customer orders for delivery.
- Efficiently organizing newly arrived stock and ensuring timely distribution of materials for the shop floor.
- Expertly managing incoming shipments and small package dispatches using tools like UPS and FedEx.
- Maintaining a spotless and well-organized warehouse by verifying stock counts and cleaning the area regularly.
Work Hours: Evening Shift
Daily Tasks:
- Handle print orders to pull and prepare items for shipment as per requirements.
- Facilitate the movement and precise placement of goods within the warehouse and production areas.
- Manage the delivery of raw materials to the production floor when necessary.
- Efficiently load and unload freight and accommodate incoming shipments.
- Use vendor tools for picking, packing, and delivering small sales orders.
- Maintain meticulous records of all warehouse transactions, including picking, stock arrangement, and maintaining the warehouse inventory.
- Adhere to warehouse protocols for maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Essential Skills:
- A high school diploma or GED, plus at least a year of experience using a lift truck in a warehouse or production environment.
- A qualifying score of 90% or above on the Warehouse Skills assessment.
Required Proficiencies:
- Certified in forklift operation.
- Possesses basic computer skills.
