PayScale- $60k-$110k- Annually -Range includes base salary plus no cap sales bonuses
Sales Retirement Counselor
The Village, an award-winning Life Plan Community in Hemet, CA, has a rare opportunity for a motivated salesperson to join our team!

If your answer is yes, then consider becoming a Sales Counselor in the Marketing Department at The Village Hemet!
You will be the voice and face of the community to prospective residents and their families by making and receiving phone calls, hosting walk-in visitors and conducting private visits. Your goal will be to educate prospective residents and their families about the benefits of joining our community. You will track all activities in our database from initial contact through move-in. Making connections on the phone will be a priority for this position as well as conducting tours to advance the sale and hosting cruise-ship-style events.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with seniors
- Ability to easily build relationships
- Minimum of three years’ experience in consultative sales preferred
- Sales and closing experience preferred but training will be provided to the right candidate.
- A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to meet team sales goals
- A track record of longevity in previous positions
- A minimum of two years college experience
- Ability to navigate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Good computer skills, proficient with Microsoft office and the ability to learn new programs
- Possess analytical and intuitive skills to find solutions for clients
- Possesses good time management skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Base Salary No Cap Sales Bonus Structure
- Training provided for the right candidate
- Must be able to pass a background check through DOJ and FBI
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Available to work some evenings and weekends/flexible hours
Salary : $60,000 - $110,000
