Job Description: A Support Teacher plays a crucial role in supporting the educational philosophy and practices of the center, which is characterized by a child-centered, collaborative, and inquiry-based approach to early childhood education.
Job Summary: As a Support Teacher your primary responsibility is to support the Lead and Assistant Teachers and collaborate with the team to implement the Reggio Emilia approach, emphasizing child-directed, inquiry-based learning. You will contribute to the development of a rich and inspiring curriculum that promotes creativity, exploration, and a sense of wonder in each child.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
· Familiarity with and a commitment to the Reggio Emilia philosophy and principles
· Experience working with young children in a childcare or early education setting – minimum 6 months.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for early childhood education
