Position Title: Sr. Director of Operations

Note* This is an on-site position at The Village at Gainesville located in Gainesville Florida. Relocation Assistance provided for out of state candidates looking to move to this area.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Operations Director to lead and oversee the operational departments of our single-site senior living community, including facilities, resident services, IT, communications, and dining services. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of life for our residents by collaborating with community leaders to drive operational excellence within each department while maintaining fiscal control and regulatory compliance.
