Responsibilities for concierge
- Continually strive to deliver the highest quality to customers, while adhering to all legal rules, regulations and guidelines of the Facility
- Handles all guests’ services, such as mail, personal needs
- Supervision of lobby area with special focus on general security of the guests and Facility
- Handles vehicle parking for guests on a daily basis
- Follows procedure and policy for hire of facility equipment (adapters, data cables, DVD players,)
- Maintains a minimum, but comprehensive equipmentment needed for the Concierge Department
- food operation requirement during non-kitchen times
- General upkeep of public areas
Qualifications for concierge
- Must be able to frequently move freely about the office and the property, maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine
- Use sight to perform job functions
- Be able to handle high stress, multitask in a fast paced environment, and answer multiple phone lines simultaneously
- Be detail oriented, organized and efficient with time management
- Be a problem solver and initiate solutions for guest recovery including guests of residents and other visitiors to the facility
