Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Resident Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care and support in a broad-scoped caregiver role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care skills such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications as trained and required.
- Maintain accurate records of resident observations and changes in condition.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
- Encourage resident participation in daily activities and programs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent experience preferred.
