The Village at Mill Landing is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Resident Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, overnight position every Saturday through Wednesday (40 hours) that involves direct resident care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs, including all personal care skills
- Some laundry and housekeeping tasks
- Assist residents in participating in daily activity programs
