As a Resident Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, ensuring they receive the attention and compassion they deserve.
This is a full-time position working every Tuesday-Saturday from 3pm-11:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication as trained and certified.
- Monitor resident conditions during interactions and record any changes or concerns in a timely manner.
- Participate in laundry and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Support residents in engaging with daily activity programs.
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience is essential.
- Current CNA, HHA, or Med Tech/Resident Care Aide certification is required.
