This nurse aide class will be held at The Village at The Village!

The Village is unique in the fact that we staff CNAs, not only in our Skilled Nursing Facility, but also in our Personal Care, Home Care, Home Health and Hospice programs!
As a Nurse Aide, you will have the honor and privilege of providing care to our most cherished residents and clients. Assisting them with ADLs and even more importantly, ensuring they maintain a positive quality of life.
The program is approximately 3 weeks, Mon-Fri daylight hours and will consist of both classroom and clinical experience. Duties:
- Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
- Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
