The Village Children and Family Services LLC is currently holding interviews to fill the positions of QMHP-A/C or QMHP-T (MUST have your license that's indicated in the job description) with an Immediate Case following orientation training.

Candidates must meet be registered as a QMHP Qualifications (Bachelor’s degree in the human services field i.e.: Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work, Sociology, etc. with one-year clinical experience) and a passion to work with individuals with a mental health diagnosis.
Individuals applying for the Mental Health Skill Building (QMHP-A) will provide supportive services to individuals over the age of 18 in their natural environment which can include the home or community environments. Individuals seeking services must have an Axis 1 diagnosis and be at risk of being placed out of the home place due to hospitalization or other factors resulting from the individual's mental illness. The QMHP will maintain a caseload of 3-4 individuals with the goal of assisting with activities of daily life skills, community resources linkage advocacy, and quality of life improvements.
Individuals applying for the Intensive in Home Services (QMHP-C) will provide services to individuals between the ages of 5 and 21 within their natural environment which can include the home, community, and limited services within the school environment. Individuals receiving services must be at risk for out-of-home placement due to behaviors that could result in hospitalization or intervention from the juvenile justice department. The QMHP will maintain a caseload of 3-4 individuals with the goal of providing therapeutic interventions, community resources linkage advocacy, and quality of life improvements.
Pay Rate is Negotiable Based on Education and Experiences
TASKS:
- The QMHP will participate in the initial assessment of individual and their families, monthly reports to referral sources, and participate in the service plan
- Weekly case supervision with clinical supervisor.
- Act as the liaison between family, referring agencies, and other community organizations.
- Coordinate services between various agencies.
- Maintain case records and document services rendered.
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Maintain high degree of confidentiality.
- Work with other staff assigned to cases, communicating effectively.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in the community, and with referring agencies seeking to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in providing Crisis Intervention as needed.

- Must have own vehicle and reliable transportation.
- Must have a personal cell phone, personal computer, and Internet access
- Must have a clean driving record and current personal car insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and ability to work with diverse populations.
- CPR, First Aid, behavior management, universal precautions, and emergency preparedness
- Must complete criminal background and CPS investigations, and TB test
- Must submit DMV driving record and verification of current automobile insurance
