Duties
- Develop tailored treatment plans and maintain quarterlies and daily progress notes.
- Offer specialized support for clients dealing with Schizophrenia, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree in human services or a related field.
- Certification in First Aid & CPR.
- QMHP-A/ Trainee License
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning within the mental health field.
