Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting open discussion and support among participants.
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in hospital settings to coordinate care for clients.

Experience
