Let's get started!JOB SUMMARY Performs a variety of baking and pastry duties and assists with the preparation of products to be delivered throughout the Village Dallas. This position reports to the head baker.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a clean and sanitary work area including utensils and equipment
- Cross train as required by your manager Must be able to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays Monitor and maintain established quality and brand standards Prepare and bake a variety of products according to established formulas and health and safety regulations Receive and stock deliveries and store them according to FIFO Mentor intern(s) and incorporate them into production when appropriate
