This role includes but is not limited to learning guests’ preferences, crafting original drink experiences, and expertly delivering signature beverages.

This role includes but is not limited to learning guests’ preferences, crafting original drink experiences, and expertly delivering signature beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service. Give unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest, every time.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner
- Possessing and utilizing knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
- Must work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
- High School Diploma or related preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience bartending in a fast-paced, high volume setting
- Current TABC and Food Handler’s certification
- Exhibit elevated food, wine, and beverage knowledge
- Ability to utilize jiggers for measured pours and follow precise cocktail recipes
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
- Works well within a team environment
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
- Motivated to grow and learn new and innovative food and beverage techniques and recipes
- Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Exposure to temperatures: <32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), >90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
