What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at The Village Dallas?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service. Give unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest, every time.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner
- Possessing and utilizing knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and in the dining room always satisfied
- Must work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & QUALIFICATIONS :
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
90 degrees Fahrenheit.
