What we are looking for:
Are you someone looking for licensure supervision and a family atmosphere? The Village Family Service Center is seeking to hire an Employee Assistance Clinician/Therapist to join our team at our Fargo location. We can offer you the opportunity to have a career doing rewarding work and professional growth receiving supervision toward advanced licensure. A sign-on bonus is available. We are looking for a full time licensed eligible Master's level Counselor (LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, etc.) to work with our Employee Assistance program. The candidate must have the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples and groups. The self-directed professional will work independently and within a team environment.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $56,000, DOE. Pay range listed for non-fully licensed Clinician. Fully Licensed Clinician starts at $59,000. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. Please reach out if you have questions on the salary range to HR@thevillagefamily.org.
