If you are looking to facilitate group therapy, and conduct individual therapy sessions, this is a role made for you! The Village Family Service Center is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Therapist, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to and has a passion for empowering clients and their families. The right employee will have the ability to provide quality therapeutic services and connect clients with community resources, develop a service plan for clients, and maintain accurate client documentation.
This role will complete Diagnostic Assessments, treatment planning and discharge summaries as well as facilitate group, individual, and family sessions as defined by the needs of the program. The role will also Facilitate interagency relationships by attending appropriate meetings, promoting program development and participating in public speaking and/or events.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $56,000, DOE. Pay range listed for non-fully licensed Clinician. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field
- Fully licensed (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or be on licensure-track/clinical (ex:LAPC).
- Previous Group facilitation experience a plus but not required.
