When you're a School-Based Mental Health Therapist for The Village Family Service Center, you have the opportunity to advance in licensure, specialize in cutting-edge therapy models, and grow professionally while strengthening the lives of children, adults and families in a school-based setting. Candidates should have a master's degree in counseling, social work or marriage and family therapy and be licensed or license eligible (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LPC, LPCC).

Our School-Based Mental Health Therapists are part of a team that provides support to ensure the highest quality therapeutic services are delivered to children and families from diverse populations. Pay Range: $50,000 - $56,000, DOE. Pay range listed for non-fully licensed Clinician. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. The 9-month option will work approximately mid-August through mid-May, with an annualized FTE of.75.
Job Qualifications/requirements:
- Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field
- Fully licensed or be on licensure track
- Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
