Job Summary
This position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our multidisciplinary team within the Long-term Care unit. The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, holistic nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
- Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with established policies and procedures, including the safety program.
Requirements
- Current and active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
- Experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility working with a variety of patients and residents.
- Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
