Job Responsibilities
This position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and prescription coverage, dental and vision coverage, and FSA and HSA account options. As a Registered Nurse on our subacute unit, you will be responsible for leading and directing licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing units to ensure that all personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
- Work with the Director of Nursing to resolve staff performance issues, including those that may lead to termination.
- Review complaints and grievances, and work with the Director of Nursing for a plan of action and resolution.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the applicable state, in good standing throughout employment with no disciplinary action in effect against professional license. One year of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility is preferred.
