Job Overview
This position is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in the Long-term Care unit. The successful candidate will have experience working in a long-term care setting and possess strong clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with accurate documentation of care provided.
- Participate in orientation of new residents and family members to the facility.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize electronic medical records to document resident information and track progress.
Qualifications
- Current and active LPN/LVN license in this state.
- At least one year of experience working in a long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
