About the Role
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Lead and direct a team of licensed and non-licensed staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
